Product training will be given, and you will have continued support from our bars manager. We regularly offer incentives for drink sales on new recipes and work closely with some great suppliers that can offer qualifications.

Chef De Partie

We have a strong brigade of humble chefs that just love cooking for our guests and not their egos.

We are looking for two Chef De Parties  who are interested in developing skills cooking using wood as the main source of fuel.

We have just installed a brand new induction starter and garnish kitchen as well as a prep kitchen, these with a unique outdoor kitchen which homes Big Green Eggs, a wood fuelled oven, an Ofyr we truly believe we have the chefs dream of kitchens right here!

We currently open our restaurant Wednesday to Sunday serving breakfast, lunch and dinner so if you prefer the mornings and like to get home for the evenings contact us about a positon as a breakfast and prep chef but if you love a lay in and are more of a night owl we can offer those hours too!
