BIG GREEN EGG MASTERCLASS!
This is going to be an amazing day at NoTwenty9!
Together with Chris from CP SMITH STOVES and MAX from SATCHELLS of BURNHAM MARKET, Jeremy our Executive Head Chef will be giving you a fantastic masterclass in how to light, cook, bake, grill and much more on our Big Green Eggs!
9.30am – You will be welcomed with Cowboy coffee and bacon & egg roll, straight off the fire!
Light my Fire with Chris! Learn how to manage the heat in Big Green Egg using hickory and oak charcoal.
Whoopie Cushion Bread! Learn how to make and knead, totally hands on!
Green Egg Low & Slow! Similar principles to pulled pork but much better!
Knife Skills Masterclass! Our Executive Head Chef Jeremy will teach you skills and techniques that will make your cooking so much quicker and easier!
Something Fishy! The way to prepare and cook oak plank Seabass and ‘en pappilotte’!
Hot & Fast! Learn how to trim, set and control the temperatures for an amazing quick flavour!
1.30pm – Everyone sits down for a communal feast and enjoy the fruits of your labour with wines to compliment the dishes presented by Max from Satchells and an opportunity for questions and answers with Jeremy and Chris.
Finally, no meal is complete without dessert, so we will show you a great quick recipes or Chocolate Cake over Coals!
