We love using seasonal, local produce and these oysters are undoubtedly some of the very best, harvested and then collected daily, direct from the farmers Cyril & Ben Southerland just 2 miles away at Brancaster Staithe.
Served natural or Flambadou style, we shuck them to order and present with various garnishes so you can dress them exactly how you like.
6 OYSTERS £14.00
12 OYSTERS £24.00
Sip & Slurp!
The versatility of these fresh oysters means that there are lots of drinks that will compliment Brancaster oysters and here are a few suggestions:
South Pickenham £7.50 a glass or £40.00 a bottle
A cracking sparkling wine with grapes that have been grown just around the corner!
The NoTwenty9 signature cocktail £9.00
Bombay Sapphire, jalapeño,cucumber, simple syrup topped with soda, great flavours for oysters
Half of Guinness £2.50
Its mainly a colour & texture thing. Black on white (or rather, cream). Smooth layered on smooth. And the saltiness of the oysters counteracts the bitterness of the beer. If you like stout this match is sublime.
Satchels, Burnham Market grande reserve Champagne £8.50 a glass or £42.00 a bottle
Who can refuse champagne & oysters? Here it’s the bubbles that provide the magic, the perfect textural contrast to the smooth velvety texture of the oysters.
