Introducing our new Executive Chef, Robert Taylor.
Award winning Chef Robert Taylor has teamed up with owner Tim Roberts at No.Twenty9 Bar & Restaurant located in the centre of Burnham Market to bring something completely unique to the North Norfolk dining scene.
Rob has worked both here in the UK and abroad including France and the USA with over 35 years of critically acclaimed work preparing delicious and healthy dishes in 5 star hotels and leading restaurants, maintaining their 2 AA rosettes, achieving ‘New-comer of the Year’ and ‘Pub of the Year’ as well as 3 AA rosettes and ‘Bib Gourmand’ for these previous restaurants. He has also had the honour of working alongside several Michelin Starred Chefs where he learnt the finer points and details of food tastes and presentation.
With his specialist skills in preparing menu’s that attract diners, his use of fresh local produce and his wide knowledge and Master Butchery skills Rob is well versed in creating classic yet simple and flavoursome dishes with a modern twist.

With produce and ingredients sourced from local suppliers combined with local fishermen’s catch of the day the menu will be fresh, exciting and different!
NoTwenty9 boasts five bespoke kitchens including a magnificent fire pit, a classic a la carte kitchen, a butchery for the preparation of the freshest meats available, a vegetable and garnish kitchen and a pastry kitchen for the most exquisite desserts created by our own pastry chef.
Dry ageing fridges also add that something extra to all the meats butchered within our kitchen.
